Incorrect display of Google maps with Microsoft Internet Explorer
It appears that sometimes, Google maps don't appear correctly if you use an old version of Internet Explorer. The display can
be partial, very slow or even, it can completely freeze the browser. You should know that these problems don't exist with, for exemple,
Mozilla Firefox for PC or Safari for Mac.
In this site, Google Maps are used :
- with the route planner, to show your route and the airfields along it
- from the airfields cards to show
- the vicinity of the airfield
- the nearest airfields
- to show you where to land to go to your (non aeronautical) destination.
You must activate javascript to use Google maps. If you did and still have problems you can :
- take Google's advices
- update your version of Internet Explorer
- use an other browser, such as Firefox for PC (link below) or Safari for Mac.
